Our process

How we work,
step by step

Three stages, one standard. Nothing leaves origin until it has passed the stage before it.

01

Sourcing the beans

Beans are harvested from rich grounds located in Valledupar/Cesar, Colombia.

02

Picking with precision

Only the best beans are selected for export to offer the best taste possible.

03

Pulped and prepared

Beans go through a pulping stage, which leaves us with clean cacao beans.

Selection at origin

We work directly with farming communities across Colombia — Sierra Nevada, Huila, Cauca, Nariño, Santander, Antioquia, and the Coffee Axis.

Quality control

Each lot undergoes rigorous cupping and analysis by certified Q graders; cacao is assessed for fermentation and fat content.

Documentation & compliance

Full support to meet EU, Asia, and North America import requirements — including EUDR deforestation-free traceability.

Our community

Producers at
the core of our model

Every bean carries the possibility of change: it sustains families, protects biodiversity, and inspires conscious consumption around the world.

Our coffee embodies the natural richness and agricultural heritage of this unique region. Each cherry is harvested by hand to ensure optimal ripeness and consistency. We work hand in hand with producer organisations and their families — Indigenous and farming communities who cultivate under biodiverse systems that sustain and restore their territories.

Why choose us

Superior performance
guided by integrity

By choosing us, you are investing in a consistent, reliable supply of one of the world's most sought-after coffee origins. We handle the complexities of international logistics and quality control so you can focus on what you do best: roasting and serving exceptional coffee.

Sustainability Commitment

Each bean is cultivated with practices that emphasize soil regeneration and responsible water use in Colombia's coffee region.

Premium Quality Criteria

Only beans that satisfy our strict standards for size and density are selected for our collection.

High-Altitude Depth

We select beans grown above 1,500 metres, where slower ripening enhances sugar development and creates a richer, more layered flavour profile.
